What is here
The archive contains all 4 White House download packages, 58 released PDF copies across 269 pages, and the complete presidential address with captions and a timed transcript.
The White House published dozens of records inside four large ZIP files. This independent archive keeps those originals together and makes them easier to browse, search, compare, and download.
The archive contains all 4 White House download packages, 58 released PDF copies across 269 pages, and the complete presidential address with captions and a timed transcript.
Open a collection for a guided overview, use Search when you have a name or subject in mind, or browse individual records by title. Every document page includes the original PDF and a link back to its White House source.
Scanned records have searchable text, and each document has a short orientation note, likely record type, dates, agencies, topics, file details, and related duplicate copies where applicable.
The archive does not decide whether a statement in a released record is true, complete, or properly interpreted. Source previews and labels are navigation aids; the original PDF remains the controlling record.
The downloadable ZIPs and source PDFs are preserved byte-for-byte. They are not rewritten, cleaned up, or replaced with OCR versions.
Thumbnails, searchable text, topic labels, document descriptions, date lists, and duplicate links were created to help readers navigate the collection. These additions are kept separate from the originals and are identified as generated material.
Scanned pages, handwriting, redactions, and unusual layouts can produce imperfect text. Check the PDF image before quoting or relying on extracted wording.
The first three files below are preserved records from the release workspace. The catalog is this archive’s machine-readable navigation data, published separately from the original records.
A map of the preserved acquisition workspace, including the source archives and the relationship of the original files to this publication.
A complete inventory of the PDFs extracted from the four White House ZIP packages, retained with its source-workspace paths.
SHA-256 fingerprints recorded for the acquired White House source packages, useful for independently checking file identity.
Archive-generated JSON describing the collection structure, document metadata, and links to preserved files and generated research aids.
Each ZIP was downloaded twice and matched by size and SHA-256. The archives also passed CRC and independent 7-Zip testing before fresh extraction.
All 58 PDFs opened successfully. There were no structural failures; 49 files carry non-fatal source linearization warnings.
Existing PDF text is used when reliable. Scanned documents receive a separate text-only Tesseract OCR pass; the source PDF is never modified.
Exact duplicates are identified by matching SHA-256 fingerprints. The release contains 55 unique PDFs among 58 PDF copies.
This independent archive preserves source material and adds machine-extracted research aids. Statements and allegations in the released records are claims of their authors or publishers; inclusion here is not independent verification or endorsement. When generated text or a label differs from the source image, rely on the original PDF.
