--- Page 1 --- APPROVED FOR PUBLIC RELEASE BY COUNSEL TO THE PRESIDENT WARRINGTON on 10 July 2026 From: Pe ag Sent: Thursday, February 2, 2023 3:14 PM To ee es Subject: [EXTERNAL EMAIL] - Election Gansult re. Voter Registrations (W.D. Mich.) Thank you for the call today. Subject to our discussion, PIN concurs in the full GJ investigation into the alleged voter registration fraud matter referenced and summarized in part below. Specifically, PIN concurs in investigating only those voter registration applications in which (1) the purported applicant does not exist and/or appears to be fabricated (i.e., “unable to locate” with incorrect associated information); and (2) signatures of the purported applicants are the same or substantially similar to signatures on other applications (thereby suggesting that one person, and not the actual purported applicants, signed multiple applications). This concurrence does not extend to applications featuring the names of actual persons in which the application includes a unique signature. Please let me know if there is any confusion or questions about the scope of this concurrence. Please consult if and when your offices seek to pursue criminal charges or lacks venue for any criminal conduct. No federal public statement should be made about this matter without conferring with PIN. Please do not hesitate to contact me if we can help or you want to discuss further.
