Details:

Database searches were conducted on the 107 voter registration applications from item 1B1 (Box containing voter
registration forms. MUPD PR# 94333) in an attempt to identify voter registration applications with potentially fraudulent
signatures or listing non-existent individuals. The database searches revealed the following:

+ Ninety-one individuals returned no results in database checks.
+ Sixteen individuals were confirmed to be existing people but only four had signatures on file that matched the

signatures provided on the associated voter registration application.

A spreadsheet summarizing the findings is attached in the 1A portion of the file.
