A van would drop off people at the stores. The employees had a goal for each day with regards to how many voter registration forms were completed. There were no incentives for producing a certain amount of forms. thought people might be forging signatures because the younger em would return with a lot of signed registration forms and she would only have three or four for the entire week. id not forge signatures on the voter registration forms. The supervi 1+ Ee they were doing was cleared with the Secretary of State.
