| think we have two albeit related things going on here-

i Jeremy One, the PDB which apparently they've worded away from elections. | haven’t seen the draft Qj?)
but i's characterization is familiar as to what we heard a couple weeks ago (and | would be concerned as to
why they are “deliberately massaging” analysis away from elections). | haven’t heard that it is off but it may be
further delayed pending the upcoming releases.

Two, there is a larger effort in NSA that they will get all {NN reporting needed for the 45 day report
into [J for ease of reporting (we have this request into all the agencies). I’ve asked J and {J to check in
with the regional NIOs to see if they are making progress toward the 30 November date on the ICA draft per our
email exchange with the DNI.

HBB bas heard/received nothing.

We have deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election. The massive report we
have been waiting on has been chopped up into 13 reports that likely will not get out until late next week. Many/all of

them will be cross-posted into {ij or downgraded to (J so that can be more readily incorporated into the 45-
day piece, if needed.
