[00:17:22] This week it was announced that inflation saw the largest
[00:17:24] monthly decline in more than 6 years.
[00:17:26] It just happened.
[00:17:33] It was just given out, the media reported that and we
[00:17:35] accept it. The best in 6 years.
[00:17:41] Tax cuts in our great Big Beautiful Bill are saving
[00:17:43] hard-working families thousands and thousands of dollars
[00:17:45] like with the provisions, no tax on tips, no tax October--
[00:17:48] on overtime, and
[00:17:55] no tax on Social Security for our craz-- great seniors, and
[00:17:58] no interest
[00:18:05] -- tax on interest for car,
[00:18:11] our stock markets are at their highest point in many years,
[00:18:14] but we can actually say
[00:18:17] , of all time.
[00:18:20] Your 401(k), pensions and retirement accounts are setting
[00:18:22] records every single day.
[00:18:31] We paid the highest price for prescription drugs anywhere in
[00:18:33] the world, now we pay the lowest price under my Most
[00:18:35] Favored Nations policy. Because, I was able to get the
[00:18:37] rest of the world and the pharmaceutical companies to act
[00:18:40] responsibly.
[00:18:45] Drug prices are coming down by 70, 80, and 90%. Trump RX.

[00:20:43] fruits of that labor very shortly. America is back, and
[00:20:45] doing really well.
[00:20:52] But we still have a major challenge that must be urgently
[00:20:54] addressed,
[00:20:56] because no country can be great without fair and honest
[00:20:58] elections.
[00:21:02] You have to trust your country because if they can be no
[00:21:04] trust, there can be no greatness.
[00:21:07] That's very simple. Note trust, no greatness.
[00:21:16] I called for bold swift and decisive action to protect the
[00:21:18] integrity
[00:21:23] of America's elections, every American deserves to know that
[00:21:25] when they cast their vote, that vote will be counted accurately
[00:21:27] and a system and that is to make that system secure.
[00:21:32] One where cheating and interference are not just
[00:21:34] difficult, but virtually impossible.
[00:21:40] Unfortunately, the system we have today follows
[00:21:42] catastrophically short of that standard.
[00:21:50] I'm announcing the immediate declassification and release of
[00:21:52] critical intelligence revealing shocking vulnerabilities in our
[00:21:54] election infrastructure.
[00:21:59] This evidence shows that the election system we have
[00:22:01] dangerously exposes, and really exposes, like levels
[00:22:05] never thought possible, the hacking exploitation and
[00:22:09] foreign interference
[00:22:12] just as disturbing laid this
[00:22:15] information has been covered up
[00:22:20] and hidden from you, the American people, our beautiful
[00:22:22] great American people, but that all changes right now.
[00:22:26] The documents we will release starting tonight have been
[00:22:29] gathered by the White House government
[00:22:33] transparency task force. A great group of people.

[00:22:41] presidents to intelligence advisory board.
[00:22:46] They have all personally reviewed the findings and we
[00:22:49] are presenting this evening, and fully confirmed their

[00:23:03] Our purpose in disclosing this information is not to weekend
[00:23:05] confidence in election. But to earn the confidence
[00:23:12] by confronting vulnerabilities and correcting them very
[00:23:14] quickly. That's what we are doing.
[00:23:16] The documents cover 5 major areas of concern.
[00:23:21] First, they show that
[00:23:26] over a period of years starting during the 2020 election cycle,
[00:23:32] the People's Republic of China carried out what is believed to
[00:23:34] be the largest compromise of election data in history.
[00:23:40] Resulting in China's illicit acquisition of 220 million US
[00:23:42] voter files.
[00:23:45] That information includes need-- names, addresses,
[00:23:53] political party preferences and other sensitive data
[00:23:56] and engage in other nefarious activities which is exactly
[00:23:58] what was happening.
[00:24:01] This data loss presents
[00:24:07] security nightmare. The intelligence even shows that
[00:24:10] China signed a data exploitation unit specifically
[00:24:12] to this new project.
[00:24:20] Compounding the travesty, the 2nd step of documents we are
[00:24:22] releasing reveals that members of the deep state -
[00:24:29] very famous group of people in many cases, and our
[00:24:31] intelligence agency work to actively suppress and downplay
[00:24:33] a information about China's
[00:24:39] election meddling covering it up from the president and the
[00:24:41] American people like no one thought was possible.
[00:24:48] US agencies began learning about the compromise of voter
[00:24:50] registration files in 2020 when they discovered that tens of
[00:24:52] millions of voter data .. Think of that, tens of millions
[00:24:57] do it or-- voter data,
[00:25:03] have been bought, stolen, or hacked by China.
[00:25:06] Those responsible for sounding the alarm instead The
[00:25:08] information secret and hidden.
[00:25:11] They did not disclose the
[00:25:16] information to me, as president, or anyone else. They
[00:25:18] did not inform Congress.
[00:25:22] In fact all they kept saying is, this is the most secure
[00:25:24] election in the history of our country.
[00:25:26] Standard line that was divvied out.
[00:25:32] The cover-up of this security breach
[00:25:39] is even more disturbing in light of the additional
[00:25:41] information showing that China engaged in other election
[00:25:43] related activities to undermine my first administration and our
[00:25:45] 2020 campaign.
[00:25:51] They did not want, and they just didn't want it, they
[00:25:53] fought like hell not to have Donald Trump to win. And for
[00:25:55] good reason. As the documents we are releasing
[00:26:03] CIA reporting explicitly stated, and I quote
[00:26:07] "in mid-2018 the Chinese Communist Party
[00:26:11] was to leverage all domestic and foreign elements
[00:26:17] that were opposed to the US president in an effort to
[00:26:19] reduce the US president votes and make him resign or prevent
[00:26:21] his reelection. " Isn't that nice?
[00:26:30] Also, in mid-2018 China was working to influence the
[00:26:32] results of the US midterm elections and later the results
[00:26:34] of the 2020 presidential election itself.
[00:26:40] Separately made 2019 the Chinese government strategy
[00:26:42] against the United States was focused on undermining domestic
[00:26:44] confidence in the US president.
[00:26:49] They wanted to just make you sound like a president wasn't
[00:26:51] so hot. When actually, your president has done a great job.
[00:26:54] And they did everything possible to do exactly that.
[00:27:02] Going on this document, this is by the CIA,
[00:27:08] the strategy included efforts to include Chinese context with
[00:27:10] big US companies to influence US patent -- business leaders
[00:27:12] to turn against the United States president.
[00:27:19] They identifies
[00:27:23] journalists that reported negatively on the US president
[00:27:25] and pay them large sums of money
[00:27:33] to write as much
[00:27:38] as they could do.
[00:27:44] They wanted the US president to lose the next election and the
[00:27:46] reason why they wanted me to lose is because they knew I was
[00:27:48] wise to them. Charge them billions and billions of
[00:27:50] dollars worth of tariffs and built the strongest military
[00:27:52] anywhere in the world. We have the strongest military anywhere
[00:27:54] in the world.
[00:27:57] These are exact quotes from the CIA reporting.
[00:28:01] " The name of the person doing
[00:28:05] the quote is now hundred-- now under review,
[00:28:19] buried by rogue bureaucrats, including an attempt to
[00:28:21] manufacture illegal ballots
[00:28:25] for Joe Biden.
[00:28:30] Documents show that during this time, dozens of significant CIA
[00:28:32] and NSA reports about China's election targeting were kept
[00:28:34] out of the presidential breathing. These were
[00:28:36] briefings--- presidential briefings. These were briefings
[00:28:39] I would get every day. That was kept out.
[00:28:44] One email among intelligence admitted that they had the brew
[00:28:47] -- "
[00:28:51] deliberately massaged daily briefing to
[00:28:55] withhold Chinese briefings regarding to the election. "
[00:28:59] There's another
[00:29:04] that said that she was running a shadow government from
[00:29:13] keeping it away from the Honorable price, and other
[00:29:15] officials that witnessed such efforts perceive the
[00:29:17] motivations to be blatantly political. Recently we found
[00:29:19] significant
[00:29:22] numbers of burn bags
[00:29:27] in formation, and this is a group of bags that were used to
[00:29:29] destroy information.
[00:29:34] Given by President Barack Obama to be burned. It was supposed
[00:29:36] to be burned. These bags were supposed to be
[00:29:43] at a different level by different people incinerated
[00:29:45] and checked but it never happened. Maybe we got lucky.
[00:29:53] We believe this was not done on purpose but rather through
[00:29:55] gross incompetence of the people that were supposed to
[00:29:57] burn them.
[00:30:03] But the findings are stunning.
[00:30:07] Today I'm asking the office of the director of national
[00:30:09] intelligence, the Department of Justice, FBI and CIA to
[00:30:11] investigate how and why such crucial information was hidden
[00:30:13] - to fire those involved in the cover-up and file which--
[00:30:19] criminal charges against these people concealing China's
[00:30:21] meddling was only the beginning. The 3rd set of
[00:30:24] documents we are releasing
[00:30:29] many years Americans were blatantly lied to about
[00:30:33] the security of our election infrastructure including
[00:30:36] electronic voting machines and ballot counting
[00:30:40] systems. Dishonest, almost all. They are vulnerable and easily
[00:30:44] compromised and people within our government knew that.
[00:30:53] Tonight we are publishing a seriously of previously
[00:30:55] classified US intelligence community assessments and
[00:30:57] other reports proving that our government has
[00:31:00] known these machines are extremely exposed to attacks.
[00:31:08] The United States adversaries including
[00:31:13] in a minimum Russia, China, North Korea,
[00:31:17] and nonstate groups have the capability to compromise US
[00:31:19] American infrastructure. That's some statement.
[00:31:25] Made by supposedly great patriots of our country.
[00:31:34] The document goes on to further state that we assess
[00:31:36] centralized election related data repositories such as voter
[00:31:38] registration databases
[00:31:42] old books and other official election websites are most
[00:31:44] vulnerable to exploitation
[00:31:47] and adversaries
[00:31:51] use as access to the systems to disrupt election processes
[00:31:53] within the United States of America.
[00:31:57] Tonight we are releasing all of those findings
[00:32:01] and spanning from January 2020- June 2026 this is cyber threat
[00:32:04] aimed at the heart of our democracy.
[00:32:11] Many people have questioned whether it could actually be
[00:32:13] possible
[00:32:16] to electronically manipulate vote totals or change election
[00:32:21] results all these terrible machines.
[00:32:26] We are releasing documents that show the CIA obtained reporting
[00:32:28] of a specific plot to
[00:32:30] do a big number in favor of the corrupt Maduro regime
[00:32:35] in Venezuela and that's exactly
[00:32:40] what happened. Conspiring to digitally rated their own
[00:32:42] countries elections in 2020 and that's what they did.
[00:32:47] This reporting included precise details about methods to regime
[00:32:49] develop
[00:32:54] digitally alter vote totals in ways that could not

[00:33:16] The 4th set of documents reveals even when significant
[00:33:18] evidence of fraud has been detected, it has been buried
[00:33:20] and covered up. Among the disclosures tonight are FBI
[00:33:24] files
[00:33:28] detailing evidence of alleged fraud by a large-scale voter
[00:33:30] registration operation in Michigan. In 2020 Michigan
[00:33:35] State police raided a Democrat "get out the vote" organization
[00:33:38] corrupt
[00:33:41] vote and we are so concerned by what they found.
[00:33:47] They couldn't believe it actually, that they contacted
[00:33:49] the FBI in Detroit.
[00:33:53] The documents state that some
[00:33:58] canvassers admitted to FBI agents that they signed voter
[00:34:00] registration forms and other people names, submitted
[00:34:02] fraudulent registration for people that did not exist.
[00:34:06] And received gift cards tied to their number of applications
[00:34:08] they produced.
[00:34:13] In other words, it was pay, play, and cheat.
[00:34:22] The FBI agents working on the case believes that crimes were
[00:34:24] committed to get the Biden Department of Justice slow walk
[00:34:26] to the investigation and killed it. Tonight I am asking the
[00:34:30] FBI director to ensure that the matter is fully investigated,
[00:34:34] and to work with the Department of Justice to prosecute those
[00:34:36] responsible for any crimes.
[00:34:42] Finally, to reveal just how vulnerable our elections
[00:34:44] continue to be,
[00:34:46] we are releasing the results of a stunning investigation by the
[00:34:48] Department of Homeland Security.
[00:34:53] According to the DHS review, state voter
[00:35:00] and public record they identified approximately
[00:35:02] 278,000 noncitizens who are registered to vote in federal
[00:35:04] elections.
[00:35:06] Since Democrat state refused to share their voter files, the
[00:35:08] real number is higher than that.
[00:35:12] Yet,
[00:35:18] even this limited analysis found more than 1/4 of them
[00:35:20] allowing-- 1/4 of a million
[00:35:26] foreigners registered to vote,
[00:35:30] no one can possibly defend the voter system.
[00:35:41] Hundreds of millions of US voter files are in the hands of
[00:35:43] foreign governments, our machines and ballot counting
[00:35:45] systems are exposed to packing and manipulation and
[00:35:47] corruption, China and other countries
[00:35:51] have been trying to meddle in our elections, evidence of
[00:35:53] fraud have been buried.
[00:35:55] Hundreds of thousands of noncitizens and that people are
[00:36:02] listed and active on the voter rolls yet we still have
[00:36:04] elections with no voter ID,
[00:36:06] no proof of citizenship, and tens of millions of ballots
[00:36:08] floating aimlessly through the mail.
[00:36:13] As one example of the insanity California's recent election
[00:36:17] for Mayor of LA and governor was held on June 2,
[00:36:22] a long time ago, but it was just completed a few days ago
[00:36:24] on July 10.
[00:36:26] Much more than one month. It took a month to count the
[00:36:29] votes, I wonder what they were doing.
[00:36:32] This is worse than any Third World country. There's no Third
[00:36:35] World country that has elections like we have.
[00:36:44] In a rare move NBC and ABC fake news have both said that they
[00:36:46] would not cover this speech. They knew what it was about.
[00:36:49] Because of the fact that they don't like the topic
[00:36:51] because they know how corrupt our system is and they don't
[00:36:53] want to reveal it.
[00:36:56] They and other
[00:37:02] in the media want to continue this fraud and keep it going
[00:37:04] for whatever reason.
[00:37:09] They want to protect the radical left, they can't have a
[00:37:11] great country and that's true. You can have a great country

[00:37:45] stolen, and the trust of the American people was lost. This

[00:37:56] independent or otherwise, should be able to agree that we
[00:37:58] deserve the most secure honesty and fair election system
[00:38:00] anywhere in the world. Secure elections should be a partisan

[00:38:10] independents, everyone. It should not be a partisan issue,
[00:38:14] it should cause to unite as not divide us.
[00:38:21] We should be united not divided.
[00:38:25] In light of the brand-new and irrefutable information I have
[00:38:30] revealed tonight my administration is in the
[00:38:32] process of notifying the states with election data was
[00:38:35] compromised by the People's Republic of China and many
[00:38:37] others.
[00:38:41] We will work closely to mitigate any harm and we are
[00:38:43] taking swift action to ensure that
[00:38:46] sensitive voter data is better protected
[00:38:51] so it can never be bought, it can never be hacked, and we can
[00:38:53] never watch a stolen election again.
[00:39:00] Tomorrow the Secretary of Homeland security will hold a
[00:39:02] briefing
[00:39:06] to outline his department's recent work concerning cyber
[00:39:08] vulnerabilities and electronic voting systems. They are bad.
[00:39:14] We are in the process of informing governors, senators
[00:39:16] and members of Congress of potential issues in their
[00:39:18] states. If you look at voting today, it's in such bad shape
[00:39:20] in so many states. And we are committing to fix it.
[00:39:31] We are also committing to be working with the states and
[00:39:33] local jurisdictions to help them X and patch known
[00:39:35] technical vulnerabilities before the elections. We have
[00:39:38] very important election coming up and we want those elections
[00:39:40] to be honest.
[00:39:47] I've also ordered DHS to notify every state about noncitizens
[00:39:49] on their wi--
[00:39:51] voter rolls and direct them to remove all in eligible voters
[00:39:54] from the re--
[00:39:57] list immediately.
[00:40:02] But most importantly, demands that Congress must pa-- past
[00:40:04] the Save America Act.
[00:40:06] How easy is that to do? Unless you want to cheat.
[00:40:15] The only reason you wouldn't do it is that you want to cheat
[00:40:17] because your policies are so bad and your candidates are so
[00:40:19] pathetic
[00:40:21] that you cannot get away or can't get elected any other
[00:40:23] way.
[00:40:26] This landmark bill requires all voters must show floater --
[00:40:29] voter
[00:40:33] -- photo voter ID.
[00:40:41] You must provide proof of citizenship. Are you a citizen
[00:40:43] of our country?
[00:40:49] Hopefully there will be no corrupt mail-in ballots, if you
[00:40:51] watched California, mail-in ballots are inherently corrupt.
[00:40:54] So you would have no mail-in ballots except for
[00:41:00] illness, disability, military deployment,
[00:41:06] or travel, if you are going away on business or vacation,
[00:41:11] these reforms are urgently needed to stop the
[00:41:13] vulnerabilities
